Developer Guru

Gurus are developers of astounding talent who create, enhance or rewrite our software. You may work on frameworks and other infrastructure, or you may work on the trading applications themselves. You can do it all. You are also helpful, and can provide mentoring or advice to other developers.

We would expect a Guru to be a very sharp individual who has many years of development experience, usually in multiple languages on multiple platforms (at least including Java, and C++ on Windows or Linux). A guru will be familiar with all aspects of computer systems. You will be making a very substantial contribution to the company, and will be paid accordingly.
