Interns work side-by-side with our full time staff on all sorts of projects - tools, libraries, analysis and even the trading programs themselves. The projects you work on do matter, and you will likely see them in use before you are finished here.

You will learn a lot here. Not only will you be working with the best developers we know of, you'll get an inside view of how the financial markets work.

We look for people who have the potential to grow into deeply knowledgeable technical experts that are also good colleagues and friends. You should have a good grounding in computer science fundamentals, and analytic skills are a plus. We don't expect you to know anything at all about the financial markets; you will learn all that once you are here.
