Allston Trading is looking for traders for all shifts - day, evening and night. We have found that the most successful candidates for all our trading positions are bright, analytical, diligent, enthusiastic and cooperative. We also highly value competitive drive, personal integrity, mental discipline and composure. Previous experience is not necessary, although skills working with computers, analyzing data, or trading in markets are all potentially desirable.
